Plugged in my new Kami wireless battery charger, all lights but one showing as red not green - tried moving and switching the batteries around - no change. red lights mean its not charging is that correct?

Is it a particular battery that will not charge or a particular station on the charger that won’t charge the battery?
Where did you purchase your camera from?

this can be closed, i’ve ended up returning the camera. it was the battery charger for the wireless outdoor camera that wouldn’t charge/was faulty
