IR not working on Dome

@Steven_Kami Thank you for the suggestion. I turned off the IR for 4 days and then turned in back on and it was still the same. I deleted the camera, re-added it again but that didn’t work either. What would be the next troubleshooting steps you would suggest? I’m clean out of ideas.

@Steven_Kami My wife said we purchased them on Amazon. One was about 6 months ago, the other one was a little over a year ago.

Hi, my yihome dome IR not working.
Its connected to original usb
It started looking blurry and suddenly IR stopped working
Already reseted camera, app, toggled on/off night vision and updates firmware.
