Yes - today I cant access or login to the Yi or KAMI app.
I have not been able to log into app for 2 days. It seems it did work fine. I turned off ads…humm, is that it or the app has just stopped working?
european servers are down/ seem have some issues. No problem with location in USA Asia and others countries but need to setup all of your cams again.
yep same here… their networks are down, Kami and YI networks, no communications - absolute joke!
What Yi/Kami DO NOT UNDERSTAND is this is not a simple App error!
Many many people rely on this app for their security but Yi/Kami just do not get it….
They repeatedly apologise after mistake after mistake and nothing ever changes…. Mistakes continue yet all they say are “we are sorry”… but are happy to take subscriptions without ANY consequence.
I run a business where if my customers are not happy I and the team not only get to the bottom of a complaint but you do more than sort it… You restore your customer user base.
Go on Yi/Kami…. Prove me wrong.

Been experiencing the current sh1tshow for the past 7 hours (UK). My tiny mind (it is quite small, tbf ), was about to explode. It sucks, but I’m pleased at the same time, that it isn’t just me.

Isn’t it impossible to set up the cams again if we cant login to the app?
Possible in other region, but you won’t have access to your cloud plans (if you have any)

I logged in on Windows for about a whole minute and now it’s gone again. Android still wouldn’t log in at all.
I definitely spoke too soon. It let me in on my phone, but no other app… and is very glitchy
it’s working on android now. I logged in with success and I can watch my feeds.
with CVR it records everything of the day
But nothing on Windows App for now
I have exactly the same problem. I can’t reach my cameras anymore. Also no longer via the app for Windows.
What terrible service from you. The frozen green home screen issue is also not resolved. Every time delete and reinstall the app on my iPhone. And you do NOTHING about it.
I’m logged in on android now, but trying to pair with 3 different phones, one of which has and older app (which usually works best) and nothing happening. If it bought a pair of shoes, it would instantly lose one.
Same problem here. Nothing but problems during the day. In the end I deleted the App and installed it again.
Now login seems to work again, but 1 of my 3 cameras can’t be connected despite being in the account. Really weird and annoying. Did that with deleting and reinstalling several times now. Time to look for another app / other cameras.
