ISO app been down most of the day, can’t set to home or away, can’t access cameras, totally useless. Once again it stops working for no apparent reason. Why can’t you either leave it alone or test before mucking about adding unnecessary kami cloud offer banners and adverts. It’s becoming a @-%+£& joke!!!
Get it sorted and stop pissing about YI.

My app on ios is running, no more problems with log in fails or authentification emails. All fine on your end?

I am sorry Yi/Kami but it has to be said…. You are clueless!
You continually break the software for idiotic reasons, leave your user base in desperation, fail to address their concerns that mount post after post. Then all of a sudden out of the blue it gets fixed locally your end meaning it was an error again your end…… and you expect your customers to be happy……… I would be bankrupt if I did this to my customer base.

Wow. Kami’s response is unbelievable. They simply do not give a f$% about their customers.

Not only do they have the gall to bait and switch, selling you “no monthly plan required” cameras and then taking away basic features and hiding them behind a paywall, but some marketing genius on their end has also decided to alienate their captive users even more by adding unskippable ads! on your SECURITY SYSTEM. That you PAID FOR.

Furthermore, now they have days and weeks of downtime, and their only response is some AI generated bulls%^$ like “oopsie, we’re working on it. if there’s anything we can do blah blah blah”.

So glad I only opened one of the three cams I bought. These are going straight back to the retailer. No way will I take a chance on a brand that makes a mockery of their customers. I hope someone hacks the firmware so your poor users can finally use their cams as intended, without any of your dirty, DIRTY tricks.

Get your act together or lose what little market share you have left.

SHAMEFUL.

Hello there, having again app problems. :frowning:

I cannot look into my cameras because it says they sent me an activation link to my email but there’s no email …

I provide you some tips -

  1. Restart your router and cameras.
  2. Make sure that your router and cameras are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  3. Check for firmware updates for your cameras.
  4. Try connecting your cameras directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.
  5. Try connecting your cameras to a different Wi-Fi network.
  6. Reset your cameras to factory defaults.

I hope it will help, otherwise contact with support team.:+1:

Having trouble with an app update being stuck on your iPhone? Don’t worry, it’s a fairly common issue. Here are a few things you can try to fix it:-
First, check your internet connection:- Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or have a strong cellular signal. A weak connection can sometimes prevent updates from downloading.
Next, try restarting your iPhone:- A simple restart can often resolve these kinds of glitches. Just press and hold the side button and one of the volume buttons until the power off slider appears, then swipe to power off. Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
Finally, try deleting and reinstalling the app:- If none of the above steps work, you can try deleting the app and then reinstalling it from the App Store. This can sometimes refresh the app and fix any underlying issues.

Ugh, that’s frustrating! Let’s try a few things. First, make sure your Wi-Fi or cellular data connection is strong and working. You can try opening a web browser to see if you can access websites. If your connection seems fine, try restarting your iPhone. Sometimes a simple reboot can fix weird glitches.
If that doesn’t work, go to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure “Set Automatically” is turned on. Incorrect date and time settings can sometimes cause problems.
As a last resort, you could try resetting your network settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset Network Settings. This will reset your Wi-Fi passwords and cellular settings, so be ready to re-enter them.
