YI Smart Home Camera 3 Requested support, no response

Created a case for 8 days, but never receive reply, so disappointed.
The case has already assigned to Samuel, is he live?

This is helpless, even I post on the forum, no support is helping, I might just return it and get a better brand.

Hello what you asked for is near impossible for the majority on the forum to help with. You haven’t detailed any issues you are encountering or the nature of your need to contact customer services. This is mainly user to user support.

I did create a support ticket, but no one reply over 18 days, I just want the community to know how bad is their services are.
and hope some support will view this and try to reply my ticket.

To detail on what my issue is, My Camera keep having electric noise, from Live and from recorded video. and it is flicking during night vision.
