YI outdoor camera - yellow light always on

Hi. I bought new camera. During first run app asked to update firmware I accepted fw update. Suddenly yellow light apart and is always on. No connection to camera, nothing happen after reset and restart. I have also downloaded sw on sd cart but also nothing happen. Still yellow light. Any advice?

A couple things to check
If your router uses some kind of security software you might have to disable it temporarily.
Also, make sure whatever device your using to setup the cameras is on the 2.4ghz Wi-Fi channel
Once the cameras are setup it really doesn’t matter if your phone is on the 2.4ghz or 5ghz channels.
