YI Home Dome 2021 Pairing Problem

I just bought my yi home dome 1080 camera this year around march, it was working wee, no problem during pairing with wifi, but due to internet problem it got disconnected and tried to reset the camera couple of times and tried to pair it to our wifi, after hearing the “QR code scan is successful, connecting to wifi”, it resets back to “welcome to yi home camera waiting to connect”.

Can someone help me here thank you

@sadzeramis thanks for coming to the forum for help on resolving this issue. Take a look at the help desk article shared above. Also, try deleting the camera from your account first, then, go through the pairing process again. If the camera is still added to the account, it will not pair successfully.
