My home computer the YI program I can not use to control my cameras. I can only view them. Why can I not move them or take any pictures zoom or do any other function beside just view? And the sound does not work either. I have 4 outside wi fi cameras. I can at least control them with my phone. Getting tired of these things.
Hello. It is my understanding that the PC version of the Yi Home software can only view cameras with limited functionality. I could be wrong so looping in @Steven_Kami. I do not own a PC so cannot test this myself
In regards to the audio - is this an issue exclusively when using the PC version or also the app version?
