I have 2 yearly Yi home camera 1080p that run off wireless internet. For some time we had connectivity issues so we recently purchased a new wifi- but the cameras only record intermittently. For instance they will show me in the middle of a room- not how I got there or where I go from there. This was with patchy internet and now with the more stable internet the issues are continued. Any way to fix this before I cancle this and get better cameras/customer service?
