Both new cameras are stuck at reset after doing firmware update. My older cameras are all working fine after updates.
I’m pretty frustrated at this point. I was going to download firmware and put on sx card and try that way . I can’t even get camera to say waiting to connect at this point. Help please! Thank you

It does nothing 
it’s on a yellow reset light continually and does nothing else . Won’t even give me the option to pair or reset . I have had YI cameras for five years and have never had this happen after a firmware update . It’s like I’m stuck on reset but it hasn’t actually reset. Not blinking yellow . Just yellow continuously.

May I ask if you are using Android or iOS app?
