Hello, I have a problem with my YI Dome Guard camera. I try to reset camera but the reset button is not working. Is it possible, for example, to upload the software via an SD card, which will reset the camera to the initial settings, or the same option via the Ethernet port? If so, where can I find the firmware for this camera because the kamihome.com/firmware website does not work.
