Hello,
some time ago I had an issue during which the sound from my camera disappeared completely. All the needed switches in app are turned on, microphone is turned on.
I still have the issue I have once reported to the tech support: [#487678].
Whenever for any reason (power blackout, manual moving using app controls) camera moves even by an inch, the sound crackles and disappears later on. When I move the camera back to where the sound was working, it reappears. Sometimes I need to move the camera left and right multiple times before I can see where the sound will work. Today I had a power blackout in my home and when the energy came back, I cannot get it back to working correctly to hear anything.
What else can be done beside returning the camera back to the seller? It has been bought only a little more than half a year now.
