Yi Cloud auto-subscription issue

Hello team,
I have enabled auto-subscription on Yi cloud for 5 cameras via Paypal auto renewal
It has been more than 20 day since subscription renewal & the subscription in YI Cloud account is still not updated & PC version of app seems expired. I have already sent emailsat support@kamivision.com but I have received no answer whatsoever.
Is the supposed to be the support provided to a loyal customer with many cameras bought by Yi ?

Hey @mylonopo We had a slight speed bump with PayPal recently that may have affected some customers. This has since been resolved.

I have auto renewal via Apple Subscription but app no longer showing cloud subscription. I have contacted customer service, sent the receipt as they requested, but no response and no resolution. I resent the receipt, no response. Terrible customer service, guess all they care about is getting our $$.
