YI 1080p Home Camera (New Address)

Moved to a new address, tried everything to restart the camera. No success. Any gudiance?

Hello @Shmuel, thanks for joining the forum! I recall your message from Facebook. At what point in the pairing process are you getting stuck? Are you able to reset the camera? Any information you can provide would be much appreciated.

When the cameras is plugged in there is a blue blinking light. The app instructs is to hold down the reset button for a few seconds until the light is blinking yellow and says “waiting to connect”- when I hold the reset button nothing happens. The amount of time spent is a bit much.

@Shmuel is the WiFi network at your new house the same? Same router, same password etc? Also, do you have a MicroSD card currently in the camera?

If there is a MicroSD card in camera you could try removing it before trying the reset button again.
