Hello, I have 4 Y1 dome cameras and they have been working well for the past few years, all of a sudden they stopped recording on the cloud. It has been over a month and I haven’t been able to get any response from the support team. Anyone have similar issue? I was on the monthly 15 day loop, after seeing this issue I changed it to 30 day loop and paid for the year but still having issues with the camera. I get the following message when I go into cloud ‘No AI index today’ for every day.
