Where do I sign up and/or login for my account to see my 3 cameras on my Mac browser? I see them on my iPhone, but Yi is not allowing me to sign up.

Hello @dstrass Thanks for coming to the community forum for more information.
Have you downloaded the Yi Home App for your Mac? once you’ve done so, simply login to the account with your app credentials.
If you have issues logging in, let us me know. It should be a simple process.

Yes, I’ve downloaded the Yi Home app for Mac and it says “The account does not exist”
I have 3 cameras viewable on my iPhone app, but I can’t log in on my Yi Home app for Mac.
I originally signed in with my Apple credentials, but they don’t work as a login user and pw.
I am internet savvy, so please get technical if you need to.

Hey D - thanks for the info. Let’s give this a try. Logging in with the QR code.
In the upper right corner of the login in screen, there is a QR code button. Select this option.
Then, from you mobile app Home Screen, select “Account” on the bottom selection menu.
In the upper right corner of the Account Menu screen, you’ll see a QR scanner button.
Select this option, scan the QR coder from you laptop app, and you should be able to login in without issues.
