Unable to add my cameras to my new plan

I had to move out of town for a while and my last subscription did not renewal, so I´m back home now and purchased a new plan, but I can´t add my cameras to my new plan, when I try to add them I get a message that those cameras were added to a plan that has already expired and I´m unable to continue. What can I do? Please Help!
