Trying to access to the camera from office is not working

Hello there,
i have configured the cam (model D700) and it works fine when i’m at home but, like now that i’m in the office, the app (phone and desktop PC) is saying that the camera is offline. But i’m pretty sure that it’s connected.
Is it possible that i have to do any port forwarding on my router to let me see the cam from outside my home wifi??
