I bought the camera about a month ago, set up, accessed cloud no issues. Then… I suddenly can’t see my videos so cannot watch full clips.
I’ve been subscribing and paying £3.99 pm. I speak to support via email and do everything that they have suggested. My camera is no longer attached to cloud and the option for me to add isn’t there.
I theN spent £40 subscribing again to try and connect my camera but nothing works Requested a refund of £40, seeing as I’m still using the £3.99 one I’ve been charged although I can’t actually access my videos. HELP!!
