I have subscribed to the Cloud- Standard Monthly Subscription, i did this as it states 5 cameras, after processing the new subscription, the app only allows for one camera, so what is the 5 camera statement?
If you bought the cloud option for up to five cameras use your app credentials and location and sign into
https://cloud.yitechnology.com/#/login
Attach your cameras that way.
There is an option for a single camera only.
If you try the above and still encounter issues please screengrab the cloud invoice to this thread.

@stuarts I find it easier at times to sync cameras to the cloud on the web browser. Especially, if you are having some issues. Also, once you are in there, you can see details for your plan. Number of cameras, etc. If you don’t see the correct plan or may have purchased the incorrect plan, contact our support team at www.kamihome.com/contact.
