Sign-up email confirmation not working

I get the email, but when I click on the confirmation link it opens a page that says “this page is not working” I have tried with YI IoT and Digit Cam apps and get the same result. If I can’t activate the cams they are of no use to me and will return them :confused:

I have now fixed the problem and I will post here in case it helps other users. When I signed up in the app I used my Mexican email addy (.mx) and that was being refused by the service that processes the confirmation. I tried using my Gmail addy and that worked and I have now programmed my cameras. Thank you for your reply and your interest.
