I have a 1080P camera, firmware version 2.1.0E_201809191630. I subscribed to the Cloud service in order to get the “Person detected” function, but it’s not working. It has only once detected people walking by, but it usually only detects cars driving by. It has not ever detected my mail carrier or any delivery people, so the Cloud service is essentially useless to me since I have a good MicroSD card in the camera already.
