I have the same problem my cam got disconnected and now it is not pairing. It gives a message Pairing timed out. I have tried all the methods discussed in this forum including the one related to unblocking the IP in the router. Nothing works. Its just been a few months that I bought this camera and the issue persists.
The IP was the problem on mine too , for some reason my router was blocking the cameras IP thank you so much !

Thanks for the update @Rolo ! That’s a good place to start when having connection issues. Check your router settings and sometimes it is as simple as that.
