Dear Yi support,
I just purchased my second Yi camera, (out door camera) and although it I associated it with mi 2.4Ghz wifi and paired it with my account I cannot see it on my Yo IoT app. The other camera which is a dome rotating camera (apparently you don’t produce/sell those any more) works fine.
I tried restarting my phone, resetting the camera installing a memory card… But nothing
Now my question is: is the reason why I cannot see my second camera, because I need a monthly subscription?
Any help you can provide is very much appreciated.
