Hi everyone,
I’ve got two Yi cameras used for watching my pup in his crate/play area.
Whilst on wifi I can watch him easily. Whenever I’m away from my home/WiFi it doesnt load. Either gets stuck on 1% or 30% and that’s it. I’m not really sure if it’s something I’ve done on set up or a common issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello where are you located and what network and speed?
If as I assume you are UK based trying to use Three UK 4g network please visit this thread for further advice and to correct this issue
Hey @Anni will you also check to make sure your phone is running on 3g, not 4g when you’re away?
We’ve had others who reported similar problems but switching to 3g did the trick.
