No support with “premium” plan

I’ve been trying to get technical support to resolve a camera sharing issue for over a month. The email responses have been useless and the phone number that was listed in the app was inoperable and now is no longer listed. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m going to find a replacement and demand a refund for at least two months of non-existent service!!
