My Kami wireless outdoor camera which is only in use about a month , the IR night vision is no longer working . Is there any fix available? Thank you
Hello @Myles, sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve encountered with the IR night vision. Can you check your setting to ensure that night vision is toggled on
• Log in to YI Home, tap camera Settings > tap Basic Camera Settings > toggle Night Vision IR Light on.
If it is enabled, try to reset the camera to factory defaults.
