I am new to the world of surveillance cameras and I need to have an outdoor camera that I can watch / playback Continuous recordings from an SD Card

Hello. You would need a mains powered outdoor camera. The battery cameras will not record continuously.
Not sure what you mean by continuous viewing from an sd card, as if when you take it out it can’t be continuous ?
