Need help on connecting

I recently updated the app, but something wrong with the internet connection since then. The live view is not showing up, says “connecting” forever. I am sure it is not the wifi problem. I tried to reinstall the app for a few times, and it worked for a few hours then stopped. Cannot control the camera through app at all.

Any help?
