Missing cloud information

So I have a tired to set up my cameras yesterday. I used my Apple ID to set them up and paid for a monthly script and everything was working fine. This morning I found out that I didn’t set up right so I had to create a new account but I still used my Apple ID to get add the premium package back to my camera but when I go into my cameras it keeps telling me to buy another script but when I click it it says I already have one. Can someone help me get this straightened out

Hey @Birchem in the upper right corner of your forum interface, will be the “hamburger” (three horizontal lines) next to your forum thumbnail image which right now is a B.

Select your thumbnail image to access your forum inbox.
