MicroSD memory card

Dear all!

I am using Camera Yi home 1080P international version.

I have a problem as follows:

When I inserted Micro SD memory card, the camera already recognized it, but when I touch in micro Sd card as red rectangle below, the camera will automatically log out and then log in again. It means it could not format and check microSD card.

Could you kindly please support me to solve this problem?

P/s: I also used this microSD card and checked with other Yi home camera which i bought about 5 years ago, it could recognize microSD and i also could check and format it.

Hello it could be due to a number of reasons and newer Yi cameras require the latest class of SD technology. What brand l, version and class of card are you using. Also the capacity of it.

Can you advise of the camera type and model and include the manufacturer code usually found near the serial number.
