My Kami wire free outdoor camera started flashing blue after the update of the firmware. I have tried resetting it. It will flash red twice then go back to flashing blue. Ive reset the router. Ive deleted the camera from the app. I have emailed tech support. They keep tellimg me to try what I have already tried. Please help.
Blinking Blue Light - (Indicated by pressing the operation button) The device is offline due to an internet connection problem. The blinking blue light can also indicate the camera is ready to be paired. After holding down the Operation button (located at the top of the camera), the blinking blue light will occur.
You may need to reset the camera multiple times.
