I received and installed 3 days ago and all worked fine until today. The doorbell started a loud beeping alarm and blinking red lights. Nothing I do silences it. Once I take the camera down from the door and bring inside it will start the doorbell ringing sound over and over for several minutes and then stop and seems “dead”. I have charged the battery and remounted the camera and within 5 minutes the same alarm followed eventually by multiple doorbell rings happens.
I can’t find any FAQ’s or tech support that addresses this. It seems like it is totally malfunctioning.
Any advice on what I can try next to get the camera working properly again?
My camera alarm keeps going off also. Not sure if someone is bothering it or if it is malfunctioning. No one is on the videos
