I have a kami security base station that is unable to pair with the ethernet cable that was provided wich pretty much renters the whole system useless. I would like to return it unless someone has an answer thank you.

I also recommend opening up a support ticket with our tech support. Please email support@yitechnology.com. They can help or send a replacement if it’s a manufacture defect.
