Kami app problem

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having connections issues so reinstalled the app and now the app will not let me log in.

Any ideas

Hello. What error message are you receiving and have you checked that you are logging into the correct region?

Try to log in to https://cloud.yitechnology.com/#/login

and confirm what happens

Thanks for your replying.
Instead of using kami app I used the YI app instead and it worked. But error I was getting was this.
