Kami App Not Showing My Cameras or Cloud Sub


Looks like my Kami mobile app has updated and I have logged back in and my cameras are not on there anymore. Looks like it’s a new account but I am using the same email address as before.

Anyone come across this? Don’t want to reset them up if it’s a know problem


Hey @cio2001, I’m very sorry to hear you’re having trouble viewing your cameras. We had some server issues recently, so I’m guessing this has caused the problem you’re having.

If you are still not able to view your cameras, please make sure you are running the most up to date version of the Kami Home app. If you search for the app in Google Play, or the Apple App store and do not see the option to update, it seems you have the latest version. Also, please restart your mobile device.

You could also download the YI Home app, and see if you can view your cameras.

Please let me know how you get and if you are now able to view your cameras.
