I have just received & unpacked my YI Home 2K Pro cameras. I am attempting to set them up. I have spent 2 hours on attempting to get only one of the three camera set up. I am about ready to throw it across the room. First, I can’t get the bar code to scan which could be why I have listened to this now annoying voice saying, “waiting to connect” for about a hour now. I have already reset everything. I attempted to scan the bar code with the Transparency app & it will still not register on the YI app. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
