So, this is something I believe has been around for a long time with this app. When my iOS device (iPhone 13 pro, and all previous gens) received a notification from the Yi Home app, it will trigger the mechanism to unlock my phone. So, after receiving a few notifications from the app, I eventually have to login with my passcode because of all the perceived invalid FaceID login attempts. I imagine this is not how this should work. Can someone confirm this is a bug?
Hmmm @pjvander This is a new one. I have not heard anyone else reporting this on the forum. I will check in with our CS team. Is it at all possible to record your screen when you’re experiencing this behavior for our team to review? It’s incredibly helpful to have visuals to better understand what’s going on.
