You may have tried it but have you formatted the memory card / checked it ?

This may be related to ongoing issues which Yi is aware of and investigating.

Formatted card many times and bought a new card but still nothing 🤷

I think you will have to wait for the software fix :face_with_monocle:

There is a search function on the forum so if anything in particular comes to mind, give it a search. All but guarantee someone else has experienced it

I have been a user for approx 3 years. Recently the app (Y1 home) changed. I can no longer review back beyond 12 midnight. The review bar is not visible when I expand the screen picture. The very small screen picture the app defaults to is too small to see detail. Any plans to change these 'new ’ features or do I have to pay to upgrade to a different version. The ‘old’ version served me well and I will have to review my support if this ‘new’ version remains in place.

Just click on the card icon to the right. From default cloud, And scroll away.

Ok I see I can review if I expand the screen at the right time I’m reviewing from the small screen. I liked the former review bar better but that’s fine as long as I now know I can get the big screen review. Thanks Charly

Hi everyone my name is patrick and I retired and IT illiterate. I have been a Kami user for 2 years and live in London UK I have 5 Kami camera’s in a personal capacity that are monitored. Something I have noticed lately but only on the mobile phone app, and hoping someone on here can tell me why when monitoring on a camera my mobile phone only, a big red circular button with the text live and sometimes it flashes.

Hi, there. I am bunanson, currently live in Williston, North Dakota and Jacksonville, Florida. I have been using YI ipcamera X 6 months and very happy about it. I have installed altogether 6 ipcameras in two homes, 2 city and working flawlessly. I Googled to try to watch ipcameras on PC, and came into your forum. V useful and helpful. Thanks

Hello Kami Forum.

My name is Nash. I’m about 35-miles inland from the beaches of San Diego, California
with five Yi Home Cameras 1080P.
I’ve had four of the five cameras connected and operating smoothly (more or less) since August 2018 - fours years now.
I’ve been holding the 5th camera as a spare.
I found the forum yesterday (July 26th 2022) while Googling for a solution to a particular problem that came up. Then I joined the Forum earlier today.
I’ve found forums like this can be a good source for troubleshooting advice and other tips. That’s what I’m hoping to find here - constructive suggestions for making these cameras operational again after they stop working for whatever reason.
I look forward to productive discussions with other like-minded folks on the forum.

I have not installed my Model i-100 camera as yet as I am 69 years old with poor eyesight.
Is there a PDF file of the install instruction manual that i can get to install this camera?
