The doorbell camera from Kami is coming to the UK. No firm dates yet but it will be on its way to the UK.

The Doorbell Camera is currently not available in the UK & EU. We do have plans to release this product in your region but I do not have a firm timeline for release.
When we do, there will be a lot of announcement around the release. So, keep your eyes out! The time will come.

Just bought a YI Outdoor Camera but cannot load the App on my phone. When I try to set up my new account (email, password etc) I cannot click the ‘Accept Ts&Cs’ button and continue. This button is lying on top of the text for the password instructions and so it is inaccessible. Seemsthere is something wrong with the formatting on the screen. I have an iPhone SE so it is a relatively small screen but why should that be a problem?
Hello. To try to get you working quickly could you try the Kami app please?
With Yi products you can use either Yi Home or Kami Home.
Tried that . same issue. Looks like a bug in the software. Very disappointing.
I tried earlier on iPhone 7, iphone 10 and got someone to try on iphone 12 as well and we are not seeing what you are experiencing. Granted I don’t have access to someone with iphone se to try.
Also checked iPad and not seeing this so it’s either a strange issue with the configuration or it’s unique to iPhone se.
You may need to contact Yi support directly to get additional advice.
Thanks. I’ve raised a ticket but not heard anything. If I try to create an account on my iPad could I still pair my phone with the camera?
Yes you can. If you set it up on your iPad just make a note of your log in details (credentials) then use the same on the iPhone or other device
I use the same credentials on five different devices and multiple platforms too.

Hi there.I use YI cameras since 2016.
Owed 2 cameras ,added another one recently.I like the product. I was going to buy 4 more cameras,but was disappointed with recent change you can only see 6 sec clip versus jumping on the timeline, like it was before. It is very inconvenient.
Maybe I should look for some other product
Do you have paid premium cloud or SD card storage ?
I used SD card and it worked,no 6 sec clips But now they pushing users to buy premium cloud.
I’m really considered to check out different product, unless they change it back to play alerts on your timeline.
There is no change to that. You can view the alerts then play the complete clip. What platform are you using?
If you are using iOS I find it doesn’t work via the alerts option with the camera view (why this is I don’t know but never worked on iOS. Android no issues) but it does from the main alert section for both iOS & Android.
I have tried this just now on iOS and Android and it is working fine. I use SD cards.
Hey @IlAl Thanks for coming to the forum. And, welcome! I am sorry to hear you’ve run into trouble with your timeline and playback. Yorkshire is correct, there has been no change to this feature.
However, there seems to be an issue for iOS users that have not updated there operating system to the most current version.

From the forum I am looking to get the greatest performance and the most features out of my cameras. I have signed up for the VIP list and am interested in new products and beta testing.

Hello everyone I hope you all are doing well! I just created an account but I have three YI dash cameras in our vehicles. I was recently involved in a hit-and-run and the truck that hit me is on video driving off. The license plate isn’t clear enough to make out. Any suggestions on which editing software works best for cleaning up the quality? I’m open to your feedback. Thank you
