I need to do a update on my firmer for my dome pro camera it has stopped working when I go to start it up it just doesn’t go past password error and I’ve never had this problem before so I’m thinking that maybe the firmware needs to be updated or something

You would be best to contact Customer Services directly at https://kamihome.com/contact/ - they may conclude that firmware is required and will work with you on this matter.
