Is there a way to turn the night vision setting off? I have my cameras sitting at windows and at night when the night vision activates there is an awful glare that makes the camera useless.
Hello what model of camera do you have? The internal ones are not designed to be used at windows to view outside.
That said it is possible. And I do it with a number of Yi cameras and other brands (I do not and will not have things drilled into walls!).
To turn the Night Vision IRs off:
Navigate to the lie view of the camera
Tap settings
Then Camera settings
Toggle off Night Vision IR Light
