Home / Away mode does not turn motion detection back on in app

Hello all and thanks in advance for your help.

When toggling the home/away buttons on the app, the AWAY mode will not turn motion detection back on. I’ve tried:

  • deleting and reinstalling the app
  • deleting and re-pairing the cameras
  • updating firmware
  • making sure the cameras were properly selected (included) in the home/away devices

When switching to HOME mode, everything works, that is, cameras stop sending notifications on phone. However, when switching to AWAY mode, motion detection notifications do not start back. Only if I manually switch “motion detection” on for each camera.
