I have a Yi 1080 smart camera. It has stopped working and won’t allow me to reset. When I get to the QR code, nothing happens. Please advise.

Hey @ruach - Did you remove the camera from you account when you tried to reset? I recommend deleting the camera from you account and trying to reset again. Let us know how it goes

I have had this same problem and have deleted the cameras already. They will not reset and therefore will not connect to my new
WiFi, rendering them completely useless.
