Hello. I have tried to sign up and it says the says the validation code is incorrect. I keep trying to type in other codes and no luck signing up. Any ideas how to fix this? I am unable to dl the app on my phone right now as my phone is too old.

Am I understanding correctly that you recently purchased a camera, and are trying to set it up using the PC desktop app on your computer?
