Just installed the doorbell last weekend. I received a notice that it had network issues, so I tried to reset. I push the reset button and it just blinks red. If I hold down both reset and chim button it rings, then blue, green, then red. I have looked all over the internet to find a solution and got nothing.

When you press the reset button of the doorbell camera, it should say “Reset is Successful”.
To reset the doorbell, fast press the Reset button(less than 1 second).
