Dome camera X, not moving

I bought a camera Dome X, the problem is the camera are not response to the moving control from the app all the time.
I try to update and reset the camera but nothing happens, it’s working some time when I turn off the cam then re-open it. But the moving feature are work for just couple of minutes the it’s stop again.

Could you give me any tips or solutions for this issue.

I bought the cam to keep my eye on my baby, and the moving feature is an important thing.

Hi Abdul, thanks for joining the forum. I wonder if this issue is caused by the camera being a bit too far from the router. Do you mind moving it closer for a time period and testing if it works better?

Also, we just had a new version of the iOS app get released last night (Version 4.40). I would recommend updating if you have an Apple phone.

If the camera is still not behaving properly after trying these steps please let me know.
