Does any one have a direct phone number that we can contact Yi Technlogies. On their webpage it says contact us but only have an email listed to contact. I am a premium member service of their cloud service but they refuse to send me a phone number when i ask them by email. Please help me solve this problem.

If you just recently bought your cameras get rid of them you will be totally disgusted by the ads that they throw at you every single time you sign on this is pathetic I bought my cameras two or three years ago and the gradually with all the damn promotions and you know just to shut them up I bought one stupid subscription and now it needs to renew I’m not renewing with this damn company I’m burning my cameras in the fire pit stick with the amcrest the Solly on cameras and Casa they’re great you don’t get railroaded into buying a stupid subscription from their stupid ass cloud service bunch of b******* is all it is he’s Chinese f****** and nothing but pains in the ass. I bought three cameras from them too and still have them they worked but with all the ads I can barely sign on so inconvenient now I decided to throw them in the fire pit this company is nothing but crap with these ads pathetic ad whores is what they are I’m sticking with amcrest and kasa.
I feel if you bought the cameras you own them and all they’re doing is a parasitical b******* with these ads and making it so inconvenient for you to get to your cameras so I’m fine with throwing these pieces of s*** away because this company sucks I’ll never buy s*** from them again and I will put reviews out everywhere I can to blast them because they’re nothing but ads whores

I am having a really hard time with this. I can’t see my camera because of the pop-up ads. And now they getting religious pop up as which I find offensive. How do we get rid of these pop-up ads I didn’t sign up for this? When you have a camera especially when they said it’s for free I looked at all the fine print and nothing says I have to look up these pop-up ads especially religious ones
