Cloud Subscription

This keeps happening to me, I have a auto renew with my Apple ID under Subscription last and every month Yi won’t recognize it and tell someone me I don’t have a subscription! I paid for it, it comes right out of my credit card! PLEASE fix this

I got similar issue, I paid an annual plan on june 26 but on july 27 apps says my subscription is expired hence I cannot I access video cloud.
Please help
