My house was robbed, and my cloud service isn’t working on my Android app. I pay for the service and I have paid for almost 2 years. I need the video, but I cannot get any response from the YI customer support. The man that held my kids at gunpoint is still on the loose, and I’m afraid he may come back. Can anybody offer any advice? Tomorrow will be 7 days, and I’m afraid it may disappear forever.
